A What we are

A one-desk operations shop. The work splits four ways — translation, business operations, logistics and coordination, and documentation — and we keep the slate short on purpose. Fewer engagements means each one gets a real operator's attention.

The translation work runs on native fluency in Pashto and Dari (the Afghan variety), plus working Urdu and document-level Arabic. The operations, logistics, and documentation work runs on the same instinct: get the thing organized, write it down clearly, and hand it back so it keeps running without us.

We don't pad scopes, manufacture transformations, or sell software we don't use. We don't take work outside the four engagement classes just to keep the lights on. If your need isn't a fit, we'll say so and, where we can, point you somewhere better.
