You send the brief — through the intake form or straight to [email protected]. Plain language is fine. The whole situation if you can.
We respond within a day — with clarifying questions if we have them, or a path forward if it's clear. If it's not a fit, we tell you that fast.
We agree on what's in and what's out, and you get a plain number. The estimate on each engagement page is the floor; the quote is the real figure, fixed before work starts.
If your work is sensitive, we sign an NDA before the first detail changes hands. Confidentiality is the default either way.
We do the work and hand it back clean — in a form you can use and, where it matters, keep running without us. Certified translations ship with a signed Certificate of Accuracy.
