These terms cover the use of this site and the basics of how engagements run. The specifics of any engagement are set in writing when we agree to work together.
The prices shown on this site are floors and starting points, not binding offers. A quote becomes firm only when we send it in writing for your specific work and you accept it. Until then, nothing is owed and no work has started.
Each engagement is defined by what we agree in writing — scope, deliverable, timeline, and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately. We may decline or end an engagement that falls outside what we can do well.
We treat your information as confidential by default. We'll sign a mutual NDA on request before sensitive details are shared. We don't disclose client work or use it as a public reference without permission.
Certified translations ship with a signed Certificate of Accuracy attesting the translation is complete and accurate to the best of the translator's ability. Acceptance of any document by a court, agency, or institution is that body's decision, not something we can guarantee.
This site is informational. Nothing here is legal, financial, or immigration advice, and submitting the form does not create an engagement or any obligation on either side. An engagement begins only when we both agree to it in writing.
